To Kill A Mockingbird Symbol for Aunt Alexandra?

I am doing a character analysis sheet and need to put symbols in that represent each character. I thought teacher was perfect for Miss Maudie, Mom for Calpurnia, devil for Bob Ewell, joker for Dill, and maybe Cinderella for Mayella. What is good to use for Aunt Alexandra and what else could be used for Mayella? I also have Jem & Scout as mockingbirds, any other good ideas for them? I was thinking Curious George for Scout.
I know Mayella isn’t nice, but it has a lot to do with her father, which is why I thought Cinderella.

  1. Cathy J, Librarian says:

SparkNotes’ character list may help with this – Aunt Alexandra is that perfect Southern lady, the epitome of decorum and manners, perhaps "Miss Manners"?
Of note also is that Tom Robinson is referred to as one of the ‘mockingbirds’ of the story.
